See the updated points 2 and 3 below.
For the camera-ready version of your publication, the LaTeX format is obligatory. See here for the LaTeX template (contributed books, folder "author"; if you have used a different class, we shall make the transformation). Please adhere to the editorial recommendations for Authors of the Springer series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems. We use the MiKTeX installation of LaTeX. For the bibliographies, it is recommended that .bib files are submitted (in BibTeX); this makes the process of editing the bibliographies much easier for us.
The authors will be obliged to submit the following files.
- All the files necessary to compile the paper in LaTeX in one ZIP file: the main .tex file, images (sufficient quality), and all the included files and bibliographies.
- Update 2022.09.15 (final) Author's declaration form = Licence to Publish in a PDF file – filled-in, signed and scanned, according to the Publisher's requirements. Please download the form from here.
- Update 2022.09.15 (final) If you are using any third-party content i.e., any material within the manuscript that is not your original work, you need to obtain permission from the original rightsholder. Then, use the Permission template from here. For detailed information, please refer to "Third-party permissions" section in the Editorial Policies.
In the (rare) case you need this form, please send the scan of a signed form by e-mail directly to the conference address.
How to add the Licence to Publish to your paper
These instructions are primarily for the corresponding Authors. Only the corresponding Author signs the agreement. If this Author has no account with the access to the paper, then the corresponding Author produces the scan, and the Author who has access to the paper submits it.
- Fill in all the fields marked "Click here to enter text" in the first page and the grey fields in the last page (do not change anything else).
- Print and sign in the last page. Only the corresponding author signs the agreement.
- Scan to a PDF file.
- In the web page of the conference, go to section "Paper Peer Reviewing", find your paper (with #), enter it.
- Click on the word "submitted" in the phrase "The paper was submitted for editing".
- Click on "Submit files" at the bottom of the page. Click "+" in the field "Declaration".
- Select a scanned signed declaration = Publishing Agreement (in PDF) from your disk and submit it.
Remark
For the paper to be published, at least one author must fulfil the requirements necessary to participate in the conference – see the section "Fees".
