How to Submit

This is the information on submitting new papers to the conference, and the submission is now closed. For the information on how to prepare a camera-ready version of your accepted paper, please see the section "Preparing for Publication".

Please submit your abstract first, in the section "Call for Abstracts". Please give it the title of your full paper. The abstract should be a pure ASCII text. It will be accepted by the organizers of the conference very promptly and then you will be able to submit the full text of the paper.

To do so, you must register and log in. Logins from the previous ICCVG conferences  unfortunately could not be imported.

After the acceptance of the abstract by the organizers, the paper for reviews should be submitted in the section "Paper Peer Reviewing". Look for the text "You can submit your paper for <abstract_title>".

For reviews please submit the paper in PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, ODT or any other generally known format, suitable for being commented on.

Please have in mind that the secrecy of the author(s) of the papers depends on them. If the Authors decide to reveal their identity in the paper, this is their decision, and the reviews will be single blind. If they decide to hide it, the reviews will be double blind.

The results of the reviews will be visible in the section "Paper Peer Reviewing".

After acceptance, for the camera-ready version of the paper the LaTeX format will be obligatory. See here for the LaTeX template (contributed books, folder "author"; if you have used a different class, we shall make the transformation). We use the MiKTeX installation of LaTeX.

There are no strict limitations to the length of the abstract and to the length of the whole paper. The lengths should be reasonable, as for a conference publication.

The conference proceedings will be published in the series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, Springer.
